Pork Asado, Pancit Bihon, Yang Chow Fried Rice & Lumpiang Shanghai
********
The Hubby came from Angeles, for his weekly flying lessons. As usual, for the past three Saturdays, he would leave very early in the morning and on the way home, he would pass through Visayas Ave., so, I asked him to bring home some Chinese take out from Lido Cocina Tsina.
Their Yang Chow Fried Rice, one of my favorite rice dishes, is not oily, but, I like Causeway's Yang Chow. -_- Hubby should have gotten the Chami, as the waiter suggested, because it is their best seller. But he brought home Bihon, which is not bad, but not good too. Haha! The Lumpiang Shanghai is alright. Anything fried, dipped in sweet n sour sauce, is good, even a tasteless crispy calamari will taste good if dipped in S&S sauce. Haha again!... The Pugod Roasted Asado ... this I didn't eat but the Son enjoyed it with its Hoisin dipping sauce, therefore , it must be good! Yum yum yum!!!
