travel buddies' r&r at fontana

travel buddies went to fontana leisure resort & water park. janet, her two boys, bubut and malu left manila early to have lunch at everybody's cafe. boyet and i met up with them at the villa after we checked in. luckily, there weren't a lot of people checking in on a weekday.

spent a couple of days just relaxng in the villa and eating almost every hour. boyet treated us to a chinese dinner at fontana's golden pavillion. we had the same set menu last time the travel buddies were here for my birthday in 2011.

after dinner, boyet and janet's boys went bar hopping and beer drinking at angeles' red light district.

fun R&R with the travel buddies. the others couldn't join us. cynthia, who was too busy with her foreign exchange business and her other day job as 'school bus' --hatid/ sundo --- for her daughter who btw already works in makati. [may lrt naman diba? ;( ] angela, the restaurateur, also has another day job, chauffeur of her youngest son , jack. yayo , still on board CX flight from LA bound for manila.

checking out took longer since there were more people checking in for the weekend. about 2000 riders with big bikes were having a nationwide grand eyeball at fontana, some were even coming from bicol, cebu and davao. while at the lobby , boyet chanced upon dr leo de castro, a dentist friend, who is the general chairman of the bikers' event. naku! excited na excited si boyet. hmmmmpf! buti na lang wala siyang big bike. he has a dirt bike for motocross. haha, buti nga! wala siyang bmw na big bike! di kasali!

on our way back to manila, we passed by susie's to buy tibok tibok and other pasalbong to bring home to manila.

travel buddies just had a cool and fun couple of days together. until our next trip.
