We had a very very late lunch at 3 pm at Isla Filipino Restaurant. We had crispy shrimps for starters, and had this bilao feast of grilled foods and some yummy pancit. Thanks mitchie for bringing us to this place. The food was super delicious, authentic Filipino food in SFO. Thanks Aimee for footing the bill ;)
After lunch, Art (mitchie's hubby) drove us to Pacifica. We just took photos from inside the van. It was quite windy and very cold outside. But I just love SFO weather! thanks art =]
Then we went to this Chinese store to buy some dim sum, pinsec prito
and buchi. Mitchie got some sapin sapin and bibingka from the other
Filipino store for us to bring home. Mitchie even game me some plants from her garden. She also gave me a purple orchid (plant) with a mothers' day balloon, and a heart shaped keychain / locket from one of my favorite stores, Coach. Thank you mitchie ...you are such a sweet, thoughtful and dearest best friend forever . Aimee and I will visit you again. Til we meet again, my bff's .... Love, betsisanders [May 2012]
