Had our fill of Bacolod's chicken inasal, batchoy, fresh lumpiang ubod, piyaya at iba pa, marami pang iba. Our seafood dinner at Aboy's was superb. Had Asian fusion cuisine at Mu shu. Girls went on tour at the Bacolod Ruins, aka Talisay Ruins, or what's left of the Lacson mansion, which they burned down so that the Japanese wouldn't use it as a garrison in WWII. They also went to the Negros' trade fair and bought local products for pasalubong.
On our last day, we watched the Pacquiao-Margarito Fight/Pay Per View at Hotel L'Fisher, after a delectable Lunch Buffet at Ripples, where we feasted on succulent roast beef and Thai dishes. We indulged in decadent desserts, chocolate cakes and all kinds of cheesecakes at Calea.... and bought pasalubong at Pendy's.

Our flights via Air Philippines, to and from Bacolod, were delayed by an hour. =[ Just makes you more tired waiting for the aircraft. They don't serve drinks or snacks, kaya nga budget. But the seats are more spacious than Cebu Pacific. O well.... =[
