Party for bern from down under

Just had to throw a small party for an old friend. Parties liven up my house, my home. I prepared some of my favorite dishes (asparagus olives n zucchini risotto, christmas pasta shapes with chicken n cream sauce, roasted pork, breaded fish fillet with tomatoes n capers). The girls brought the desserts, cakes from Costa Brava, fresh fruits from Batangas. Others brought more cakes, red wine, coffee and even chap chae :)

Being with other old people, friends, classmates from grade school and high school, makes one feel 'not so old'. The girls have not aged at all ") Thanks to 'Rhino', 'Bleph', Thermage, 'Lipo', Clinique, L'Oreal. LV, Marc, Christian, Liz, Anne, Calvin . etc :) However, one realizes how old we all are once the girls start sharing their life stories.. like... how one had chemotherapy / hysterectomy,... or how one's husband had undergone angioplasty and survived a near fatal stroke... or how one decided to love herself more and became happier.

It was a fun,lively, playful, hilarious, amusing and super noisy get together of old friends. Til next time :)
